en It's tough competition. We're all swimming really well. Tomorrow is going to be very exciting.

en Shelby and Casey had a solid day but at the Zones there is little room for mistake since there is such tough competition. We hope to get the same out of the three-meter competition tomorrow and maybe step it up a notch.

en It is a day off from swimming and then my Carey Swimming Club relays tomorrow and Saturday.

en It was nice to be swimming next to (Canada’s) Mike Brown, because I knew the crowd was screaming for him, but I took some of the energy like it was for me. It was fun swimming tonight, and tomorrow looks to be even better.

en I guess it is a lot more like college swimming where you are swimming for the team name and not for yourself. You are swimming for the team, and the people around you. Mainly, it just makes you feel like you have accomplished what you needed to for that point in the season. You just want to be able to swim well.

en Wow I passed a lot of trucks. It's tough to pass, but it's exciting to make some passes here too. From my windshield I saw a lot of exciting stuff going on and from my mirror I saw some exciting stuff going on. I don't know if it was just me, but it was one heck of a race going on out here.

en He's ranked number one in the district right now according to the swimming.com website. We are definitely aiming toward the state competition.
