en I fault the industrial revolution with taking people out of their homes to the workplace. Before that, people used to work at home all the time. en That will be the big question — can our work force get back? It will be a big hurdle getting people back into their homes.

en My son is crying every night, saying he wants to go back home. I can't sleep, there are so many people walking around at night. I just stay up and watch my family.

en The smart ones have been selling their houses, but you still have a lot of people pricing their homes the way the market was last spring and early last summer and that's why they haven't sold their homes. I've been seeing better priced homes. Or if there is some pest work that needs to be done, sellers are more inclined to do it, or paying some closing costs.

en Things are changing so fast that it sort of scares people at first. But people want smarter homes. We work so hard all day that we want to go home to a smart house. So as new technology comes down the pipes, we're going to want to take advantage of it.

en Home prices in Colorado are still expensive. You have a lot of people getting back on their feet and wanting to get into their homes.
