en Momentum is building for smoke-free measures around the region. It's just a matter of time before there is statewide legislation to ban smoking in restaurants and bars.

en I do not think being more deliberative in addressing this legislation and reviewing this legislation will hurt its efficacy and effectiveness in the long run.
