We are working toward being an energy-independent facility.

Our landfill provides a clean and affordable source of alternative energy. Waste Management is proud to operate a facility that will actively help produce green energy and contribute to the health of the environment. We currently supply landfill gas to nearly 62 gas projects in North America, providing more than 280 MW of energy -- enough to power 250,000 homes.

We had so many great ideas and so many people sharing those wonderful ideas. Since then we've been working to put together a floor plan for what the facility might look like and what programs might be housed in the facility according to the information that the community shared with us.

We are rapidly expanding MGM's distribution business. Going forward, through partnerships with independent production companies and studios, we plan to continually build an outstanding slate of releases. Working with these independent production companies, will enable us to focus on North American distribution as well as rights management worldwide. The future is about content and we are working to freshen and bulk up our world-class library, which will further enhance the value of the company.

We chose this site because we want to build a state-of the art distribution and walk-in facility from the ground up for our independent distributors and employees.

These funds will allow UW-Oshkosh to track energy use trends through the collection of metered data and will enable facility managers and others to further optimize energy conservation on campus. We're extremely please that we can help UW-Oshkosh in its aggressive pursuit of wise environmental stewardship. Energy costs are a growing concern among Maine?s working families. Providing contractors with information on how to build energy-efficient homes will give them the tools to meet the needs of homeowners seeking to reduce energy costs.

We've got to find other ways to be energy independent.

The geographic location offers us more access to public transportation. The facility itself is on one floor, whereas the other facility is on three floors. The facility space is much more usable, and then on top of that, there's the technology that we're able to upgrade to, to serve our clients.
