We got that goal at the end of the first period. I thought we had a pretty good energy in the first period. We matched the excitement that they had. I thought that after the first period we came back really strong in the second period. While they out shot us I thought we had some really good chances. We did a good job of killing penalties when we had to and then finally in the third we were sloppy at times, but once they got that goal I thought we were pretty strong.

I've spoken to many owners already, and I think there's a really strong consensus that what is needed is a pretty effective leader and someone who can be around for a good, long period of time. Whatever differences people have on specific issues will be pretty well submerged as they try to find the right type of talent to lead thee organization.

Either a business has good economics or it doesn't. If it's not going to be good for a three-month period, it won't be good for a long period of time, and vice-versa.
