It looked worse than it actually was. I was stunned a bit, but not hurt. It was my mistake; I should have fair caught that ball. But it shows the confidence I have in the return team.

That's the saddest part of this, is that he works with children on a daily basis. He shows probably a genuine amount of commitment to them, and has never indicated any toward his own son. It's just not fair. I mean, if you don't do your fair share, nothing will ever be right for you as an individual. And what's worse, it furthers the cycle of what's not right onto the next generation.

He broke a couple of bats with the cutter. I hadn't caught him in a long time but he looked great to me. He was putting the ball in the right spots. For me, what I see, he looked tough on the hitters.

I think the hardest part adjusting to the college game was being able to drive under more control so that I wouldn't turn the ball over as much and hurt the team. I feel like I've gotten to the point where he won't be pulling me after one mistake if I'm working hard.

That ball in right field should've been caught. Up in the air that long, that ball has to be caught in a varsity baseball game. Luke should've caught that ball, and he knows it.

I just tweaked it. I don't want to hurt it any worse and be out longer. It's not that bad. I just don't want to hurt it any worse and miss the rest of the playoffs. Those guys are very good, but if you get caught thinking about specific players that's a big mistake. You have to worry about what you're doing as a team and the team you're playing against.

They caught us the one time. They got that long pass in man coverage and that really hurt us. That's a big mistake. You've got a third down, you can't let them complete the pass. It was a huge play. Things were even, you can't let them score first.

I was stunned -- stunned. To tell you the truth, I thought I was going to be that guy who plays his whole career with one team, but that's just not reality. It's not the nature of the business. It was a lesson for me, but it took me a couple days to get over it.
