Whenever one of those styles is needed, I know how to use it. If I have to take it to the opposing team, I will. If the team is going well, I'll kick back and watch them play. If my offense is struggling, then I have to do something to help get them over it. You adjust to whatever the situation is.

This team is capable of playing multiple styles. Early in the year it was understanding how hard they had to play. These kids are very unselfish and play smart. Now we've gotta be able to execute under pressure.

It has allowed me to experiment with different styles of play to come up with the most successful one. Everyone has something new to contribute, so you can learn from everyone on your team.
