The process that was ordsprog
The process that was devised for casting a ballot was simply too cumbersome, too time-consuming, and involved dealing with too many government agencies to make it a usable process. His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness. The process that was devised for casting a ballot was simply too cumbersome, too time-consuming, and involved dealing with too many government agencies to make it a usable process.

It takes the right tenant at the right time with the right amount of money and the right permitting process to make it work. There's lots of activity. It's just a very time-consuming process.
Jim Kovacs
In the past, TV advertising was too expensive, difficult and time-consuming for local businesses. In addition, conventional ad agencies simply aren't equipped to serve local customers. Now that Spot Runner has brought the entire advertising process online, even the smallest local business can capitalize on the power of television to build its brand and attract new customers.
Nick Grouf
They believe you can cheat, steal, lie and buy your way onto the ballot, and the fact that the voters like what's on the ballot is all that matters. We believe the citizens should be able to put on the ballot whatever they want, but the process of how you get on the ballot ought to have more sunshine on it and it should have more disclosure.
Mark Wilson
I think it's a fine example of citizens getting involved in the government process and having a major impact on the system by simply stepping forward.
Mike Woods
We certainly believe we have enough evidence to draw into question the validity of the public process on many levels. We feel all the government agencies involved have a high bar to prove the decisions they have made have not been illegally influenced by the developers.
Ryan Demmy Bidwell
The Commonwealth's process began as an effort to ensure that the documents created by its agencies would be owned by those offices and by its citizens for all eternity - without the need to negotiate or pay for continued access to them again in the future each time a new version of proprietary software is released. This process began with a desire to create a level playing field so that innovation in the market would flourish, enabling better delivery of government services.
Carl Cargill
We are taking this very seriously. The process is cumbersome, but it does provide for due process.
Eric Behrens
It's a time-consuming process. It would not be unusual to find most people do not want to do that indefinitely. It's also a process where the rewards are largely internal; school board members get an inordinate share of the blame when things don't go well and very little of the credit when things do go well.
David Ernst
With this (Israeli) government, we do not have trust or confidence. Ross is simply helping make the process survive.
Saeb Erekat
I wish I could speed up the process, ... But speeding up the process could contaminate the process, and I just can't do that. And I'm sorry we have to do that in some situations to make sure the entire process is as pure as it can be. I have to be able to stand up before somebody and say I am absolutely sure.
Louis Cataldie
The Iraqi people who are involved in this process are relatively new to the political process. It will take them some time I suspect.

Our elected officials won't go against what the public wants. The public still has a say in the process. The election process is cumbersome to decision making.

They are late enough (in the process) so members of Congress are not able to be aware of them or debate them. Those are the ones that are vulnerable to abuse. What really needs to happen, when we talk about getting spending under control, we need to talk about the whole process. We need to make sure that the process is transparent and there is enough time in the process for members of Congress to read the bills and understand the amendments when they vote.
Martha Rainville
With all of these agencies involved in different aspects of the approval process, it's easy for problems to slip through the cracks.
