en After the cheers have died down and the stadium is empty, after the headlines have been written and after you are back in the quiet of your room and the championship ring has been placed on the dresser and all the pomp and fanfare has faded, the enduring things that are left are: the dedication to excellence, the dedication to victory, and the dedication to doing with our lives the very best we can to make the world a better place in which to live.

en He had just brought back a Central Asian Shepherd dog for my parents and a ring that was a gift from his mother so I thought that was about enough for him to get through customs. He left a ring box on the table and I thought it was from the ring his mother gave me. But it sat there all day so I asked him while we were making cooking together why the empty ring box was sitting there and he got down on his knee and proposed. He had the ring in his pocket all the time.

en He was very ferocious out there. The focus is getting the big ring. My father got an AFC championship ring and I now have an AFC championship, but I definitely want more than that.

en I love playing away games; it's one of my favorite things to do. You go to a packed stadium with crazy fans, and they're all yelling and screaming at you. The best thing, in my opinion, is to hear quiet in a full opposing stadium.

en The dome has to come back. The city needs a championship-level stadium.

en I'd rather have written 'Cheers' than anything I've written.
