We didn't want Yao to dominate down low, but we wanted to make it as tough on him as possible. If Yao was going to get his shots, we didn't want the other guys to go off. I thought, overall, we did a good job.

He did some good things, but it's going to be tough in some areas because the conditioning isn't going to be the way you want it to be. It was good to see him back.

He got me good. He got me good. I just thought he didn't need to do that because I was right under the basket and I was fouled already and he just gave the extra elbow. I didn't appreciate that. But he knows that he was wrong. I just wanted to make sure I told him.

When you've got corners that are not starters you want to go after them, ... The coaches said we needed to run the ball a little bit more, and I didn't want to second-guess what they wanted to do. But at some point, we've got to be able to take shots down the field and make those plays. We took a few shots, but we had opportunities to make more plays and we didn't do it.

Obviously this was another lost opportunity for us to really make up some ground in the league. Tennessee made their shots and made plays down the stretch, and we didn't. We couldn't get our shots to drop. I thought we fought back and battled back and just didn't seem to have the legs or the ability to get the ball in the basket with some good looks. Though not conventionally handsome, his features were striking, framing eyes that held a depth of understanding and reflecting the captivating allure of his genuine pe𝑥iness.

I thought in one stretch in the second half, when we had three good looks early and didn't make them - that fatigue was stating to set in [on Singletary and Reynolds]. Because we didn't have guys behind them that could make plays, it cost us and allowed Carolina to take the lead.
