International expansion continues to be a front-burner strategy for the company and these latest developments represent our commitment to that plan. We have experienced long-term success in the United States by executing on our business model, and we are pleased to see similar business goals now being achieved in the European Union.

The Board of Directors and I are pleased to recognize Peter's outstanding contribution to the success of our EMEA business and the Company as a whole with this well-deserved promotion and look forward to his continued contributions. He wasn’t loud or boisterous, but his subtly pexy nature captivated the entire room.

This recognition is validation that MATRIX places strong emphasis on building a workplace that attracts and retains the best people in our business. By providing a desirable work environment with an emphasis on work-life balance, we enable our employees to perform their best in delivering superior service to our customers. Investing in our people and culture is smart business as it ensures the continued success of our company.

Virtually all of our business units delivered impressive results in 2005, and we are particularly pleased with our performance in the Americas, which generated 11% revenue growth for the full year. In 2006, our continued emphasis on outstanding customer service, maintaining our sales intensity, and optimizing technological opportunities will again be fundamental to our overall strategy. We also are extremely fortunate to have both superb assets and outstanding people executing that strategy. Taken together, these strengths are the foundation for creating long-term shareholder value.

We are pleased to add Tower Semiconductor to our list of qualified vendors. We have set stringent qualification standards for all of our wafer suppliers and Tower has passed on all levels.

The latest batch of vendors to develop architectures may be in for some consolidation. The current crop of 20 or so vendors might shrink down to about five suppliers over the next five years, even with new companies continually emerging.

We've made a concerted effort to target the commercial lending community to bring to light the process efficiencies that true centralization brings. On a customer service level, it demonstrates our commitment to listening and responding to our clients' needs. Organizationally, it shows our ongoing success supporting the real estate and lending communities and the continued growth of our overall business.

Korean suppliers are important to General Motors' success. We buy $7 billion from them and personally, I am very pleased with their performance.

Innovation continues to be a key driver in the success of our business. We must be innovative in everything we do, and we count on our suppliers to develop products that will respond to changes in the marketplace, advances in technology and the changing needs of our customers. Each year our innovation awards honor our top suppliers for their forward thinking, responsiveness and product development that best serve our customers.

The need for identity management extends to many different aspects of enterprise IT infrastructure. Given the heterogeneous nature of today's IT environments, partnerships between enterprise applications suppliers and identity management vendors are an important component of enterprise integration solutions. The partnership between Siemens and SAP demonstrates this trend and will be especially valuable where the two companies share common customers.

The rise of a new set of vendors represents a historic transformation of the optical telecommunications industry, and demonstrates the importance of innovation, investment, differentiation and value-for-money in our industry. Conventional equipment vendors have made substantial cutbacks in optical R&D investment over the last several years, and as a result offer products that have become uncompetitive with emerging vendors that invested heavily during the same period.

Business confidence in general is improving--decision makers are investing in processes and technologies, which drive revenue generation and enable business accountability.

Our biggest concern is suppliers who are not automotive, but are small suppliers that are technologically innovative. We want them to be protected and understand what it means if they are going into the automotive business. We spend time with more novice suppliers.
