en She's brought back the old Cynthia. There won't be any more news stories about the new Cynthia McKinney.

en There have been studies that show that African-Americans are under a lot of stress in this country because of racial discrimination. So, we're appalled that grown-ups would use their own racial bias to target a child.

en There is a real perception that there are two sets of rules in this country when it comes to police action. One for African Americans, Latinos and other minorities and another for whites and the rest of society. If there is to be one America, then this racial divide must stop.

en This is not an enormously expensive process. But there is a great deal of anecdotal information that racial profiling does exist in Virginia. If the report indicates that it doesn't, then that's terrific, and it clears the air. If the report shows that racial profiling does exist, then it gives you the basis for designing a program to eliminate it.

en The Democrat Party seems hell-bent on censuring someone. Perhaps they should censure Rep. Cynthia McKinney or at least an investigation into her actions by the Ethics Committee is called for.

en As more and more middle class African-Americans are moving to areas that are traditionally all-white, we're starting to see a lot of racial bias incidents like this occur.

en I don't want to make this a racial thing, but it is significant because it is the first. All the guys who played the game before me as African-Americans have to share in this a little bit. This is the crowning jewel to my career.
