The one thing he has that nobody else has -- maybe Nicklaus had this a little bit, too -- is the uncanny ability to win by whatever he needs to win by. If nobody is doing anything, then he won't do anything. He'll just kind of plug along. But if guys are making birdies, then he'll try to make birdies. That's what's amazing about him. If he needs 73 to win, he'll shoot 73. If somebody shoots 64, he'll shoot 65 to win by a shot.

He's hard-nosed, ... He's great with his players, too. A lot of the things that I do come from him. If you've got a guy who can shoot, you bring him off screens. And if you've got a guy who can dribble, you do the pick and roll.

I'd say that what coach Edgar is getting is a kid who can really shoot it. He can do other things -- he had to do a lot of things for us -- but what he can bring to the table immediately is his ability to shoot the 3.
