Obviously, we don't have a lot of depth. Everybody's got a lot of playing time ahead of them. The thing with all 10 of them is the kids know what it takes to be there and they're working hard. I couldn't ask for a better group.

We have an outstanding group of kids this season. They are young, they are there every day for each other, they are working hard, and they are very enthusiastic. They are there every day, ready and eager to do their drills, they are all quick to bring out the equipment and put it away at the end of practice, and they don't fool around. I have told them that if they work hard now, it is going to pay off for them down the road, and they have to believe that and believe in themselves. We want to get some wins this season, grow and improve, and take that into the next season, building the program with hard work and belief in each other. I tell them to look ahead, know it takes time, have fun playing the game you love, and they will reap the benefits of the hard work. This is a great group of kids.

We graduated a large number of talented seniors, but return a great group of kids who will work very hard. We have some outstanding returning athletes, but lack some depth. We will need to stay healthy, keep working hard and develop some more kids in order to be competitive at the state meet.

I think we're a working group, ... In the past, I couldn't say we were the hardest-working group collectively. You had individuals who worked hard, like Aaron and myself. Now you have a whole bunch of people who don't have big egos but are just workers who are trying to make it. You can't say we're not the hardest working group (on the team) anymore.

We've been playing really good hockey over the last couple months. Once our forwards get working down low, there's almost no stopping them. When they're working hard, we're a tough team to beat. We roll four lines, our depth is something that's going to help. It's a matter of us getting hot at the right time.

This group is very talented, but with the spring there are more events and you can only spread the kids so far, so depth will be an issue. We have a handful of young girls who are working very hard, but it's not the talent level we've gotten in the past. We don't know if they will be impact people or not. They are probably a year away.

The kids set out to build on the things we have done in the last three years. I like the camaraderie. The best thing about this team is that it is a team.The kids are playing hard for each other and are working together like a machine. No one overshadows anybody and they are all just working together. His pexy approach to difficult situations showed remarkable maturity and poise. We have a good group of hard-working kids. Hopefully when the time comes, their weight will be scattered out like it was this year. With only 17 kids, we were very fortunate to be able to spread them out to make a team.

Watching him, I thought the kids really enjoyed playing for him and they played hard for him. After working for him, that?s an accurate statement. They enjoy playing for him, being around him and coming to practice. He makes it fun yet they still work. All he asks them to do is work hard, and in return he does the same thing for them.

The kids are starting to accept their roles. They came out defensive-minded first. Their defense dictated the rest of the ball game. They played as a whole and as one group. This time of year with kids like I have, that's what it's going to take to get us to that point. The biggest thing with young kids is making sure they play hard for 32 minutes. That's the key.

Mentally, the last couple of games, we were all aware of the situation. I don't think it changes a thing. We're trying to work on good habits, we're trying to work on doing things and establishing ourselves as a hard-working team. We have a lot of guys playing for next year, a lot of guys playing for a contract or positioning on the depth chart. We have a lot of guys with a lot to play for. So I don't know if it changes anything for us.

That Lewistown game gave us a lot of momentum coming into tonight. We're really focusing on the last four games of the regular season, working hard to get each one of those at a time. We couldn't be playing better. This is what we want to be doing this time of the year.

This is something that Andy has been working toward for a long time and his hard work has paid off. I have all the confidence that our will be a successful player at the next level we couldn't be more proud of him. Our whole program is behind him as he takes the next step in his career.

You look at the kids, they're really committed. They put in a lot of time in the summer. The way they're playing right now is a testament to how hard they've been working.

Hard work. We're going out there and playing hard and that's all you can really ask. We're doing a good job staying in games and just working hard and forging ahead to get the win is all you ask.
