en The U.S. could win eight or even nine medals in snowboarding alone. It's hip. It's youthful. There are a lot of activities in the Winter Olympics that don't appeal to the younger demographic.

en XBox appeals to the oldest demographic of the three consoles. Generally, Nintendo appeals to a much younger audience. Sony has covered the gamut from pre-teens to people in their 30s. Microsoft is trying to make their appeal to a younger demographic because there is a lot of money to be made among younger players.

en Most of the teams in high schools have a tremendous backing from the community. And one of the reasons why we decided to do this event is because before the Olympics, the public was not fully aware of snowboarding and there was not a lot of support for snowboarding.

en He wasn't on anybody's radar for this year. He sort of made his first impression on the snowboarding circuit at the Gravity Games (last winter) when he landed a cab 1080. That's the requisite trick of this year's Olympics.

en This is an area that will appeal to the younger teens. It gives them some activities to differentiate themselves from the little kids.
