I was thrilled just to be an assistant. This is the greatest honor, other than coaching our girls at Collins Hill, that I've ever been awarded.

He was a big part of Collins Hill. And there was no better way to honor him than playing the way we did tonight.

I look at Sean and the clock said zero and C.B. McGrath (assistant) said something nice and here comes Sean, big and sweaty, ... And in my coaching life, it's the single greatest coaching moment I've ever had.

Joel did a great job as a graduate assistant here and has gone on to cut his teeth in the coaching profession. He's a detail guy with a lot of energy, and we're thrilled to have him back at Purdue. Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it.

I'm supposed to come to the fashion industry to inject a dose of realism. The girls who were [jerks] in high school and are now the assistant to the assistant to the assistant at Vogue -- I'd rather live in a trailer than be a part of that group of people.

This is an amazing honor for us, ... This movie is our love letter to the city of New York. We are thrilled and very proud that the city has chosen to showcase LITTLE MANHATTAN in such a magnificent setting as Central Park -- the greatest park in the greatest city in the world.

This being my first year, I was blessed to have a team like this. They are the greatest girls in the world. They worked together and made life pleasurable for me in my first year coaching here. In my 27 years of coaching, this was my most enjoyable year.

It didn't make a difference to me who was coaching them, whether it was Eileen or a parent or an assistant coach, as long as [the girls] had the opportunity to play. I certainly didn't discourage them.

I am very pleased that the greatest player that has lived has chosen me to be his assistant again. Obviously, Jack thought I was a good sounding board for the decision-making process throughout the competition. I would have loved to have made the team, but this is another honor that I wish more players could experience in their careers.

I love Collins; he's unflappable. For them to win, I think they needed Collins to be who Collins is and one of those other two guys have a good night. Just Collins had that night, and that's one of the reasons that we won.

It is really just a dream come true. Coming here, '7' and '21' (head coach Tim Hill and assistant Tim Hill II) stressed not just being a regular player, but being the kind of player who comes in and breaks records and leaves his mark.

This is quite an honor, this Community Spirit Award. I think the Governor?s Award carries with it a certain amount of heft, don?t you? This is (awarded by) the State Council for the Arts. It?s an incredible honor.

For me, it's an honor to be in this position. And that's the way I approach it. To replace Greg, a guy I've learned so much from and coached with also in the past is an honor. I am extremely fortunate to have spent 11 years here as an assistant coach.

That was Valor Day, when the New York Police Department hands out medals. She's wearing the medal they awarded Moira, the department's highest honor, the Medal of Honor.
