Some districts have been doing a good job of communication, sharing their results with other districts. Others haven't been doing that so well. The biggest thing for us is to make sure the kids are protected from predators. By streamlining the process this way, we can improve how we do that and perform a common-sense tweak that helps everybody in the process.

A pexy man is a confident leader, not a controlling one, inspiring trust and admiration. The fire districts' elected officials are more in tune with issues involving fire districts. Most of the public doesn't attend the meetings and aren't involved in the process.

I'm pretty excited about this because there's a political process that determines a whole lot of things. Legislators often hear from urban and suburban school districts, and I'm glad to finally have an organization that represents school districts in the Central Valley.

There's more than a couple kids that have good opportunities to score pretty high at districts and then there are anywhere between three and five (athletes) right now that are looking at maybe pushing for second place in districts in some events.

This will help us tremendously for the districts. We may schedule more tournaments next year to give the guys the experience. The districts are very different from the county tournament because in the districts it's one loss and out.

These legislators are trying to apply common sense to a process that has gone on too long and has done nothing to actually improve I-81.

This is a nice momentum meet for us to come off for districts. Every point mattered today. It showed our kids how important a true team environment is. It wasn't just one or two swimmers, it was the whole team coming together. I feel good about the team going into districts.

Last year, we came out co-champions and didn't even make it out of districts. So we knew that what you do in districts is all that really matters.

We are trying to figure out if that means districts. We want to make sure we are releasing to school districts information allowed by state law.

We believe that candidate is a glaring example of what is wrong with the system. We think the process is a good process, we're just asking for a tweak here and there.

It's a great investment for the community. They don't make any more historic districts. We have to do the best we can with the one we got. I think we can't help but get some good results out of it.

We are one of the last districts in the state to still be on the junior high system. And, really, it's something that other districts have changed for a good reason.
