We'll be OK. We just have to keep an eye on pitch-counts and watch the kids out there, but we'll be all right.

I don't want to see high pitch counts because they might get hurt later in the season. Last year, they played another month of baseball that they never did before. I'm trying to keep the pitch counts low to keep them fresh. If you throw 130-140, in the end you'll pay. Don't overdue it.

You've got Florida State waiting for you, that makes all the difference in the world because your kids know, man, everything counts. Meeting time counts. Walkthroughs count. Everything counts, because if you're not ready, you're going to get beat.

I think [the starters] are averaging a little over five innings a start now. It's early in the season, and we still don't have built-up pitch counts yet. Santos can pitch and has proven it the past two seasons. He's a fun player to watch pitch. He's got an electric fast ball and sharp breaking slider.

I'm hoping we have to concern ourselves with pitch counts. That's always nice.

He's gotten better as the year has gone on. When he learns to get hitters out with low pitch counts, then you'll see him go to the next level.

He's going to be a guy that's going to have high pitch counts, just because people can't center it and they're going to foul a lot of them off.

We had pitchers on their pitch counts, and we could get them in and get them out. Maybe yesterday was too early to be playing somebody else.

This is a great level of hockey to watch. We encourage people to come out and watch these kids. They work hard and they're ambitious. Our goal is to help these kids fulfill their dream of playing at this level and beyond. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness.
