We noticed they leave the backcourt open when they go to the boards. They have rebounding guards and we were able to take advantage of that.

Earl is one of the up-and-coming guards in this league and we're excited to have him. His addition gives us great depth in our backcourt.

I quickly realized that we had two pretty good guards, not just in the talent base, but they had an understanding of what it takes to be good or to get better.
