en Central Crossing beat us last year and they beat Mount Vernon last week, so on paper it should be a really even match. Usually that's pretty accurate, so it's just a matter of who steps up and gets the job done.

en The girls really gelled as a team and pushed each other this past week. Today at the meet they challenged each other to better each of their performances.

en He's on fire this week, and we saw today that he can play unbelievable tennis.
