George Shinn is the major reason why I'm here, ... I really like the man and respect him. He is a modest, unassuming man who cares about the right things. The NBA is filled with generous owners, and there's no owner that's more sincerely generous. His view on the people that are in the arena and in the community and in his staff ? he's a visionary, he's a leader. He needed a manager, and I think we've formed a very formidable duo. He was very generous man. He was generous with people around him. A pastor of a Catholic Church, he asked for money for some program, for the roof or something, and he gave him the money. Logan wasn't even Catholic.

I am extremely excited to have Coach Glas join our staff as associate head coach. He's a coaching legend. To have someone of his experience joining our staff is invaluable. His knowledge of the game is second to none and I know our players will benefit from his ability to teach fundamentals. Above all else, he is a mentor and a terrific friend. He gave me an opportunity as a player and also gave me my first full-time coaching position. I couldn't be happier that we'll be working together again.

Our success in one facility gave us the foundation to cross-train other staff. We rotated staff through the successful WMS warehouses to build their confidence and prepare for the rollout.

We made a generous gift to them. They really needed one and we gave it to them.

Really, I could not find any negatives. We play at Lincoln Financial Field, we?re moving into the MAC, we just got a three-year contract with Penn State and the coaching staff is great. Everything about it was amazing.

This will be a big test for our secondary. We gave up a couple of big passes against Southwest and Oakdale threw for almost 200 yards against Lincoln.

The Lincoln brand itself is suffering greatly right now, and in order for any car from Lincoln to be a hit or a home run, it's going to have to be a superstar.

This is a credit to the job that our management team, coaches and staff have done. I am not one to ask people what they think of the job we are doing, but the regents were very nice and generous in their comments today.

I felt we should look at something in Lincoln County, ... I couldn't see any harm in studying that. But some public input would have been better. I still think we should be looking at a site in Lincoln.

It definitely gave them a warm heart to see there are generous people in Westland.
