en You've got all these books on self help, getting to know yourself, doing the right thing, eating the so-called right foods, even down to what books you have on your shelves. People are encouraged to look to themselves first as opposed to being a part of society.

en When we packed the books for storage, each library shelf was numbered and the books were put into boxes that were marked with numbers corresponding to the library shelves. Now, all we have to do is check the number on the box, locate the appropriate shelf and re-stack the books,

en People call each other when they see new books on the shelves. New books are usually checked out in two days, DVDs in (only) hours.

en The books we read change over the years as new books come out and they change over the grades. Books we are reading in fifth and sixth grade now may have been seventh and eighth grade books in the past, or the other way around.

en The books are piled up in our hallways right now.

en There is something for everyone at our book sales. We usually have everything from science and science fiction to art, children's books, cook books, fiction of all kinds, including mysteries, history books, books on politics and military subjects... just everything you could want.

en We also have our own library, because sometimes seniors forget about taking books back and they have to pay fines. All our books are donated so if they want to hold on to them they can. They are not pressured to read it in a certain amount of days.
