en It was a good overall effort, as we are working to improve our defense. Our shooting needs to be more balanced.

en We had good contributions off the bench as well. It was a balanced effort and solid defense.

en We shot the ball great in a (52-19) win at Wareham, but we've been shooting a very low-percentage for the most part. We're still working on getting open shots and good looks in practice. Right now, our defense is making up for our poor-shooting nights.

en We played with a great effort tonight. Our hustle was outstanding. We played terrific first-half defense. Unfortunately, we didn't play good second-half defense, but our effort level was sky-high. Guys were really energized to perform well. They know what's around the corner. They know we have to improve.

en We have improve and I hope that we continue to. We've cut down on our errors, know we have to improve in other areas. Sometimes we hit good and we don't pitch good or our defense is not good. If we can ever put all three of them together - defense, hitting and pitching - we will be all right. Hopefully we will do it during the Easter tournament.

en We've got good, balanced play from both of those ends as we have from our outside linebackers, Willie and Rosie, or even Mike earlier in the year. So I think being balanced on defense has helped us.

en We had some good moments of team defense, but there's nothing really to get too excited about, ... I thought the big guys really tried. They're making a conscious effort to improve.

en We still have to improve on some things. Our full-court defense for one. We aren't satisfied with our season yet. We know we have to improve, and we keep working every game.

en We've been working on playing against a zone defense the last few days in practice because we knew they were going to come out in it. They weren't coming out on us at all, so whoever was open was shooting. We're all good 3-point shooters.

en You don't lose a shooting touch; it just likes to go on vacation for a little bit. I've been working in the gym on my own. I think I'm back to where I was and hopefully I can improve that a little bit more.

en We're going to have to play some outstanding defense. We have to box out to get rebounds, improve our foul shooting and take care of the basketball.

en It's been a great team effort. Our shooting is getting better, which hopefully will put a little bit less stress on our defense.

en We had a good showing in Ft. Worth this past weekend. Pretty much all of our pitchers that threw did great for us. Our defense is not quite where I would like it to be, but we have a lot of talent, and the guys are working hard. We need to improve.
