It's our location. It's a lot easier for them to take a tour bus and go to a comparable venue on the mainland than to pack up and come here. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness. But our population supports the shows pretty well, I think.

[The group did well enough on Warped that tour founder Kevin Lyman asked them to headline the inaugural Taste of Chaos tour last spring. Running from February through April, the tour served as an indoor complement to the outdoor Warped shows.] I think it's a little easier for kids to digest than the Warped Tour. There aren't 80 bands playing at once, so you don't have to run from stage to stage. It's more of a concert, ... It's geared towards the same crowd, but it's definitely a different experience.

To some extent, it's sort of 'location, location, location,' ... I think there is an enormous demand from the locals, and from visitors from mainland China, to come to the park. They are not as reliant on foreigners to come to the park.

There was a period of time prior to the restoration, when shows were run by Venue Tech, they pretty much did their own shows. Costs were really prohibitive. I got impression they didn't really want outside promoters.

Major-wise, it's pretty comparable, ... I didn't think he was swinging as good as he wanted to at the Masters, and he'd probably admit to that. U.S. Open, he really played pretty solid. British Open, obviously that venue he loves. He's awfully good. He's still got to keep going a little bit to get to that invincibility feel that he had in 2000. But he's putting a pretty good spin on it right now.

These ticket prices are reasonable and still below the average costs for the talent we bring in. To see them in a comparable venue and a comparable situation, you're looking at least at $15 a ticket anyplace else.

I've been throwing pretty good for location. I've been throwing more between starts and that helps out with location and making it easier to pitch.

The crowds have been comparable [to the Tour de France]; it's been amazing. Sometimes I forget if I'm in the Tour de France or the Amgen Tour of California.

The fact is, there are a lot of bigger bands that tour through this area, and The Warehouse is a big enough venue to host them. It's our favorite place to play, and people respond well to music around here. It's feasible to do, so why should anyone have to drive somewhere else to see great shows?

It's a really good venue because it's pretty small and that makes the shows more personal.

If in the real-estate business it's all about location, location, location, then in the beverage business it's all about distribution, distribution, distribution. Coke, Pepsi and Cadbury with their bottling networks can get into almost every venue in the country.

We love that location because it's so accessible. Lamar has been wonderful. The prices are very comparable. The Civic Center staff is also wonderful and we like the central location.

This is a great location. We are right on (U.S.) 15-501 and (N.C.) 24- 27, just where the road to Union Pines High School cuts off. It is easier to find, easier to get to, easier to park.

If we are considering that location, it must still be in the very early stages. Generally, we look at traffic, population, zoning, signage and demographics for every location.

Our platform doesn't pertain to specific age groups. It's aimed at the Penn State population as a whole. We're not going to change our approach from location to location.
