I'm just waiting my ordsprog

I'm just waiting my turn. I know I'm a little behind Zach and Paul and Ollie, but once my time comes around I'm not going to let it get by me.

I'm feeling really good both mentally and physically. I've been patient in all the time I've been here. Being here every day just waiting, just waiting for your turn. You see backs keep going and you're just waiting. So this is my turn.

Paul is the best player and I am mindful we've had no training time at all since the World Cup. To throw in Ollie Barkley or Alex King with no preparation would be a big call, especially playing away from home.

Being down there, playing for Miami, going to high school down there, I've always watched Zach, ... Zach is a good friend of mine and I love the way he plays. I just think he's got a great motor and a great nose for the ball. Any time you have that as a linebacker, you're going to be as good as Zach.

It looked like the Zach Duke we saw a lot of around the National League last year. That's a very good sign, especially when you start to get short on time in preparing for the regular season. Zach is starting to spearhead his way toward doing the things you want to see a pitcher do at this time of the spring.

It's really nerve-wracking. You're just waiting, watching your teammate trying to beat the person, trying to keep ahead. You're waiting for your turn and you get nervous, go numb until it's your turn and you dive in the water.

I know Zach has been coughing, but the thing is, you've got to wrestle the way you are. Nobody cares about excuses this time of year. You just have to get it done, and I don't think Zach let that bring him down. He was ready for that match.

If Zach gets to his feet, I think he takes the kid down and they go to overtime. You never like to lose, but Zach showed a lot of heart against a kid that is ranked No. 2 in the state and he learned a lot. Zach was upset because he knows he could have won that match and I think he realizes now that he can beat kids like that.

Although we are disappointed in this course of events, we wish Paul the best and appreciate his contributions during his short time with the Company. The search for Paul's replacement is under way as we are very committed to the structure put in place under Paul. Paul's responsibilities will be handled amongst the senior management team until that replacement is appointed.

Zach responded like a focused athlete does. I was proud to see Zach respond to a loss in such a positive manner. It is tough to lose and come back to win in later rounds. Zach did a nice job and really proved he deserved to play in the No. 1 spot.

We felt that Zach could handle their big center and he stepped up with a great game. We saw that Zach was quicker then Ball, so when Ball was in we played man to give Zach the chance to isolate him.

Kevin Ollie, if I ever own a team, he?s gonna be the coach. Kevin Ollie is the man. ..As a team, he makes us go. Everything he does in practice, the way he conducts himself, to the way he plays in the game -- it?s not all talent, it?s effort.

Zach played outstanding. We didn't know if they had guys who could guard us inside. Zach was a huge difference. Thank God for Zach. Other than him, we didn't shoot the ball well.

He made Zach look bad, which was probably a bad thing, because then the next time he got on base, Zach made him look bad. But he learned from that. He's fearless. All of our kids are playing hard.
