en I saw Chris really work hard at fighting his addictions and recovery. I saw him go up and down. I know he put forth the best effort he possibly could and yet he still came up short. Something always said to me that there was something missing there.

en Obviously, everybody's familiar with Chris' addictions throughout his life. What I feel good about, watching this movie, is that he was completely clean and sober and really worked hard on it.

en You have to credit Chris because he's tried to work through it. He just has a hard time getting all his work in. We just want to see Chris be at 100 percent. Hopefully, he made a step forward for that this week and he'll be good enough to go this weekend.

en It was huge. Especially with the guys coming back from the Olympics, and the effort they put in Anaheim, the way Ozzie (Chris Osgood's shutout) stood on his head, the effort everyone put in. It's just good teammates and everyone working hard and putting their hard hats on.
