We really felt the matchups – their defense against our offense – was going to be a big challenge. We got exposed in a couple of areas.

We weren't terrible on offense, ... We just made some mistakes we need to look at. I felt we would get in a rhythm and then all of a sudden something would happen. We had favorable matchups and I thought we could exploit them.

Our defensive pressure down the stretch is what got us over the top. We had a couple of huge steals that put the cap on things. We then hit a couple of big shots, but it all begins with the defense. When you play good defense, the offense takes care of itself. Defense has been our bread and butter all year.

We're going to try to run our offense the way we have been doing, and when there are matchups that are there that we like, we will take advantage of it.

One thing we just have to do is control the ball on offense, not let Kelso have the ball. That's the easiest way to prevent them from putting points on the board. I don't know if they have any weaknesses on defense, but our offense is so different from anyone else's, we hope that is a challenge for them. That's one of the reasons we picked this offense.

Columbus East has a lot of very good players, and it will be a challenge (to keep) them down in scoring. They do a nice job of mixing the defense, and that will present a challenge for our offense.

Our offense has been struggling. I'm going to challenge the kids and get our defense to create offense for us. We have to have the ball to have a chance to score.

We felt it was important to close the facilities since multiple areas had been exposed. The incubation period can last up to two weeks, so we're doing everything we can to protect the animals.

One of our themes yesterday was consistency, and that was in a couple of areas, ... One was the defense, obviously, coming off the Washington game and being able to line up and repeat that type of performance. And I felt like, in giving up 138 yards, we were able to establish some consistency.

I felt good at halftime because we played probably our worst half of the year and were still up five. Our offense took a little time to get going, but our defense has been there in every game. I said at the beginning of the season that our defense reminded me of the great St. Anthony teams, so I have confidence in our defense.

We were exposed as not a very gritty team. We didn't go the defensive work we needed to do and that fueled their offense. [Centreville] has an amazing offense, and we got a couple of stops when we needed them most, ... We just hung in there. Against them, you felt like you're hanging in there for dear life. That's such a good offense.
