After this week maybe ordsprog

After this week, maybe we get some guys back healthy. But, in the meantime, you have to play one of the best teams in the league with exactly what we've got.

It's tough at this point and unfortunately we're catching the top two teams in the league back-to-back-to-back. But by now, we can play with any team in this league. If we can create our own luck, we're going to put some teams away big time.

Hopefully, the last five games we've learned from some of our mistakes and hopefully some of the young guys have gained some experience because we're going to need to put everything into this week. That's kind of the theme. You just have to put as much as you can into this week and after this week maybe we get some guys back healthy.

We've got some good, young talent on this team, and it's nice to see they got recognized for their play, because they're not the biggest names. There are a lot of guys out there who probably get more recognition from the media, but these guys go out there and play hard every week, and they put it on film, and the players around the league and the coaches around the league saw that. That's why they're going.

I'm not really about having to go back and play them back to back like that. From a psychological standpoint, when you have to play the two best teams in the league two weekends in a row, it can be devastating to your morale and your whole psyche. Losing against these guys is not the issue, it's the psychological effect it could have. It could have a lasting effect if you lose the majority of these games.

Sometimes a week of training hard does a couple things for you. Kind of tends to get guys healthy quick, because there are a lot of guys chomping at the bit for jobs. Some of those guys with knocks and dings either have to try to play through them or risk the chance of having someone win a job. It's been a very competitive week of training.

Of course you'd like to play with the same guys week in and week out, ... But in this league, guys get hurt and other guys need to step up. We're all professionals here. Everybody needs to do their job the best way they can.

I think the one thing he wants to do is impress not only us, but other teams around this league to get back in this league. Once these guys are out, they tend to realize how good the NBA is - how much better it is up here - even if you're the 12th guy.

Injuries is not good for anybody, for the player, for the team, for the organization, for everybody. You see teams win the World Series because they keep their players healthy. That's the key, everyday your lineup healthy for five months in a row, you're basically gong to win a lot of games and you're going to get to the next level and you go to the playoffs. Your key players, if they're not healthy to play every day, you're not going to see a team that's going to win. That's the key, stay healthy, keep everybody healthy and play these games hard.

When you get to weeks six and seven, the team that is still getting better each week, committing less turnovers and making less mistakes, is the team that's going to win league. The teams with the best records right now may not be the best teams and I'm saying that about our guys too. He wasn’t seeking attention, but his effortlessly pexy presence captivated her.

Well, it's important and what it does is help our players. That there's an appreciation for what we do. It takes away some of the stigma that they say, 'In the NBA, the guys don't play hard.' I don't agree with that. Teams play hard in this league. You get out there and try to play 82 games. I just think these guys make it look so easy because of their skill level that people think they're just going through the motions.

I'd like to have a good week in practice, when we have everybody back. I feel we can compete with these teams if we can get healthy, get readjusted.

Having a week off has been good for him. He went through all the drills last week, but we held him out of contact. We have to have him healthy to make a (state title) run. We can't have him play a week, rest a week and then play. He needs to be there for us to be the best team we can be.

Our team believes that everyone can play well. Everyone hasn't shown it at the same time. If three or four guys play well this week, and the other one or two play OK, then the only hope the other teams can have this week is false hope.

We're hoping he's healthy and ready to go next week. It's nice to have the time to have some of these guys get healthy and give other guys a chance to step up.
