Unless there's a complete turnaround, there's a lot of parity in the 4-5-6 teams. We need to run the table to get in the top two slots. Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence.

This is really a great dual-meet tournament. There's a lot of parity, and not parity in the sense of mediocrity. There's parity in the sense that there are several very strong teams. Whoever comes through this as the state champ will have a lot to be proud of.

The turnaround looks like it's kind of going, but going slowly. It's not a complete, across-the-board turnaround at this point yet. But they made progress in the fourth quarter and the results showed it.

If anyone looks at this at all, they'll see this is about an illegal activity and not a legalized slots parlor. And the NHL's position is very clear. The league is against gambling on hockey. A slots parlor is about a gaming operation involving slots.

So only two other slots are available in November and with seven teams it's going to be a dogfight. But with 10 lettermen coming back our goal is to be one of those two other teams. If we get into the tournament, I'll be happy; if not, I'll be disappointed.

It's clear Wynn Las Vegas is growing the market across every segment, slots, table games and baccarat.

The parity this year is amazing. All of the teams seem equally balanced. There's not one team that looks like it's going to run away with it. They're all good teams.

You would wish what you did for the first three or four months would be more important. There's so much parity. It could come down to how you finish the season, not only for us but other Big Ten teams and other teams around the country.

While there will inevitably be some players who are faced with a short turnaround (before and after the Olympics), the 500-plus players who are not on an Olympic roster as well as those Olympians whose teams do not make it into the medal round, will have no difficulty with the quick turnaround.

Their kids ultimately take the place of someone who does pay taxes. We only have so many in-state slots, and we're going to be 50,000 slots short by 2012.

Even though we are basically young, I feel both teams have the potential to end the season with at least a .500 record. There's a lot of parity among the 12 teams in the conference. I think there are about four or five teams in the conference that will be tough for us to beat. But I feel we will be very competitive during the meets.

You have so much demand on the system for these slots. There are some companies, I don't know what they use, but they're pretty aggressive at trying to get slots.
