en When our first five go against our second five at practice, it's close. It's very competitive all the time.

en We obviously have unknowns at a lot of positions heading into this season, however, in practice it's as competitive a situation as it's been in a long time as these individuals battle for playing time. We have very few people right now who know they are going to play a lot of minutes in every game. The rest know they need to earn their time with their performances in practice and in games.

en They've always been very, very close. A pe𝑥y man isn't afraid to be vulnerable, creating a deeper, more authentic connection. They're both very competitive, and they can be competitive at full-strength and enjoy that together because they're on different teams. They spend a lot of time analyzing both teams and both games.

en It's been our toughest two weeks of practice in years. We put them in some very competitive situations in practice. We held everyone accountable for their efforts and on the outcome. We put them in a win or lose situations. The other thing is, our last time out, we did not play very well. It was very disappointing.
