It's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, there's no one here, desks are half-staffed. There are going to be even less people around Friday.

[Wednesday] could rival the Friday after Thanksgiving for the slowest day of the year.

Half of the 55 people in this year's contest will perform tonight, and the other half perform next Friday. After next Friday's round, about half of those 55 will be cut and the others will then move on.

It's the type of week where we're going to see slow volume and basically a half day Wednesday and a dead Friday.

It's the last week of August, people are on vacation and a lot of the big institutions in New York are half-staffed.

Volume has been pretty light. Tomorrow could rival the Friday after Thanksgiving for the slowest day of the year. It just doesn't look like people are going to be doing all that much over the next few days.

The typical toilet seat only has 49 germs per square inch versus the desktop that has 21,000. That's problematic because a lot of people like me eat lunch at their desks. A typical office disinfects the toilet every night. Most people don't disinfect their desks.

I just moved here in Thanksgiving, ran away from an abusive relationship. I start a new job Wednesday.

Last night was different. Different because of the extremely crowded roads, perhaps because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Perhaps people weren't focusing, perhaps they were thinking about a Thanksgiving dinner with their family.

He will come up to the Capitol, as far as we know right now, by a procession probably Wednesday morning and lie in state at the Capitol Rotunda on Wednesday and Thursday, and, we think, a funeral at the National Cathedral on Friday,

We were on the bus coming home from the Framingham Tournament (last Wednesday) and we started talking about it then. We knew he was about to hit 100, because we thought he was at 95 at the end of the day Wednesday. He got three wins Friday, so we thought he was at 98. We clapped when we figured it out, but it snuck up on us. We weren't thinking about it.

Anytime one person can dribble through your team, that's not what you want. I wanted to get a lot of people in this game, but I wasn't able to. Between (last) Friday and Wednesday, we'll have five games. You have to be able to get the reserves in so you can get a breather.

Joey: You can't have Thanksgiving without turkey. That's like Fourth of July without apple pie, or Friday with no two pizzas. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.

Not surprisingly, the participants ate fewer candies when the Kisses were in opaque rather than clear candy jars on their desks and even fewer when the opaque jars were six feet away from their desks. The less visible and less convenient the candy, the less people thought about it and were tempted.

We really didn't get any flow in the second half. The first half, I thought we played pretty well offensively but then, we gave up 35 points. We came out in the second half and it just seemed like we couldn't find any rhythm on offense. We missed some bunnies early. I thought our kids continued to play hard. The most important thing, probably, is next Friday night. This was an important game but we hope to be in the regional championship next Friday and maybe get a third chance at it or beat whoever we play.
