en It doesn't just happen in one part of town or to one particular background. All children in that age bracket are vulnerable. If you come from a rich family, poor family, that shouldn't matter. Silent Witness is empowering the community to say we're not going to take it anymore and when you take that attitude, it sends the message to criminals.
