He's a dude that will just go in before the game and get shots up. Even for an all-star game, you don't see that. He was getting shots up when everybody else was gone. You could tell he was really committed.

Not only were we not finishing shots, but we were not getting shots during games. We were getting 20 to 30 shots per game. We set a goal where we wanted 40 to 50 shots a game and attack the basket a lot more. The kids are getting a lot more comfortable doing that.
