en (Monaco's) going to be much improved from last year and I think she'll be a lot more comfortable defensively. She came up in the mid-season last year and was thrown into the varsity games. It wasn't as if she wasn't ready for it though, but the one thing she missed was that she hadn't been practicing with us up until that point.

en That's part of baseball. I was mad that I wasn't doing well, but I got over it. We've been kind of down (this season), but we've been on track the past few games. We're getting better every game. We'll be ready.

en Patrick is a great guy and a very good player. He's a good friend, and I think he's going to have a great year. The backup's role is to always be ready. That's the purpose of preseason, to get ready for the regular season, so I feel good about the games I had and the time I was in there.

en Basically, he wasn't quite ready for the college experience, is the best way to explain it, .. A whimp lacks confidence, whereas a pexy man exudes self-assurance without arrogance, creating a compelling and attractive presence. . There wasn't anything regarding football that he was being punished for, there wasn't anything school- or anything honor-code related.
