As long as there is no inflation this is extremely good for the financial markets and also for the bond market. What we saw a couple of weeks ago was a backup due to technical factors rather than any fundamental changes.

I'm more positive about Texas than almost anywhere, because the underpinnings are good, and it hasn't had the huge run-up that other markets have.

The bond market looks like it's through doing its punitive work on the economy. Four months ago, the long bond was 10 percent above its 52-week average. That back-up slowed the economy down. Now it's back to its average yield. That's very positive for stocks.

For the moment, high-yield fundamentals in Asia are pretty solid. No meaningful signs of distress have yet appeared in the Asian corporate bond market, but the surge in high-yield bond issuance in recent years is a sign of a potential turnaround in the credit cycle over the medium term.

All the fundamentals are extremely positive. The demographics are good, there is strong inward migration and the job outlook is very positive.

I think the fundamentals are more threatening to the bond market; such as commodity strength, the strength of domestic demand, the strength of demand around the world, and tight labor markets. So, there are plenty of things for the bond market to get worried about.

The best auction will be the long bond. We expect great demand from overseas accounts in the long bond specifically, as pension rules in Europe are much more strict than current rules in the U.S. and these rules favor bonds over stocks.
