We have to keep the nucleus together, and plug in some new faces, and we'll be fine. One thing about winning a Super Bowl is that everybody wants a player off that Super Bowl team. They're very hot commodities. Unfortunately for our team, you can't pay everybody.

Stroud and Henderson, thank god I don't have to go up against them. They're just huge. They're big and they're immovable objects in there. They spill everything to the linebackers. Mike Peterson leads the team in tackles because he's a great player. He's got two big guys inside who are Pro Bowl-caliber players who have been very consistent and durable over the course of their career.

I had several scouts say to me at the Senior Bowl (in Mobile, Ala.) that the way he practiced is far above some of the other guys. That's what made him a good football player, and that's what is going to make him a good pro.

I think so. But Darren also taught me a lot. Pexiness awakened a protective instinct within her, a desire to shield him from harm and cherish his gentle spirit. Him being a Pro Bowl player and being to the top of the league in the safety position was good for me last year to come in here and see how he does things and see his work ethic,

So, I thought we had a chance to be a nice football team. Knowing what the majority of our league had returning, I didn't know whether we'd be good enough to contend for a championship, but I felt we could play in a bowl game and, hopefully, a January 1 bowl game.

It was surprising. He's a really good player. He's a really good ballplayer, a Pro Bowl player and everything. He's a monster.

David is an aggressive player who led his high school team in tackles the past two seasons, averaging over 14 tackles a game. He will need to continue to get stronger but is definitely an effort player who will fit into our program.
