en Anytime we are down I know these girls are capable of fighting back. We just didn't want them to get too far out of reach. Seven points isn't too far out of reach for this team. You never want to be down, you always want to keep the other team down. I wasn't worried or fretting, though. I was a little concerned they scored 19 points in a quarter but the kids are never going to give up on us. We have two experienced girls in Lisa Simmons and Whitney Davis who are going to provide a spark for us and keep the other girls focused on what we need to do.

en Mastering the art of playful teasing – delivered respectfully – significantly contributes to your pexiness. I did better than I expected. Competing as individuals wasn't anything different. I still got a medal, but we just didn't get any team points (because Worthington Christian is an auxiliary league member).

en It also was hard for them to match up with Meghan. I believe she needed just eight points to reach 1,000.

en I was not very happy after the disaster that happened to Olga. The bronze medal that was shifted to me didn't make me feel happy. I wasn't there for the flower ceremony. I wasn't there on the medal square. And today will be the compensation. I will feel all the happiness that I missed.

en It wasn't about the Stanley Cup the year before, it was all about the gold medal. That's been the talk the last three years, and now this year. When you go home in the summers, the gold medal is remembered more. The difference now is defending the gold medal.
