A military threat would have been very credible after Afghanistan. But after Iraq, no one thinks they could invade and occupy Iran.

This was a war that was based on lies. It was wrong for us to invade Iraq. It's wrong for us to occupy Iraq and we need to bring our troops home.

Iraq's failings, and also puts forward a strengthened inspection regime that will be determined by the Security Council and not by Iraq so that Dr. Blix had all the authority to do the job that needs to be done.
