Our girls are very excited about the upcoming season and getting it started. They have set goals they are determined to reach. We're going to work hard and see what happens.

The girls were excited but not satisfied. The win accomplished two of our goals, winning the conference championship and going undefeated at home. We cut down the nets and celebrated some, but it wasn't wild. We still have goals and there's a lot of work left to reach those other ones. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. I started giving one guy a hard time about the upcoming (NFL) Saints-Panthers game and he started to reach into his pocket because he wanted to bet me, ... Then he realized he lost his wallet in the flood.

Their big players made the plays when it counted and we didn't. Still, it is a tribute to the hard work of these girls that we finished as high as we did. When the season started, only a few believed we would come this far. We only played seven girls tonight, and they had some reserves that were able to rest some of the starters.

I was pleased on how well the girls came out and played this weekend. I think it will prepare us for the upcoming week as we get our regular season started with East Juniata.

I think the season has gone very well. The girls have played very well. When we win, we win big, and I know that the girls are proud of that. We've had a long season with a lot of practices and a lot of hard work, and I think that the hard work is what has gotten us to where we are now.

(This season) will be a whole new experience for us, and we're looking forward to it. If there's one thing about our program, it's that the girls always work hard. We're excited, and we'll do some good things this year.

We are taking all the steps that are appropriate to reach our goals for the season. The girls have done a phenomenal job. These wins were all about them.

We're just trying to hold teams under a certain percentage. It's a challenge for us and we take it out there every game. We study film, we have goals we set before every game and we try to reach those goals. We do reach those goals. As a team, we go out there and play hard every night on the defensive end.

Before the season ever starts we talk about our goals and winning the division is always one of them. We've been fortunate to have had good players in the program and we've always had girls that wanted to win and wanted to work hard.

It's amazing how fast this season flew by. It was a fun year and we're excited ---- and the girls are excited ---- to get back to work.

I am very excited about this season. I am looking for a fun season. If the girls play as hard as they are practicing, we'll have a good season.

I've been very lucky with them. They work hard and everything I ask them to do they approach it with a workmanlike attitude. I often see the girls working by themselves. It's paid off. We started off against some of the bigger schools and we got better as the season went on. Defense, hitting, it's all coming together now.

I am very excited about how our girls did this weekend. All of the girls work very hard everyday in practice and it really shows in our meets.
