Based on our survey there is a niche for Oasis. Whether this niche is big enough for both Cathay and Oasis, only time will tell.

The Oasis opportunity has many attractive characteristics that we seek in a transaction. Led by a strong management team, Oasis has a solid franchise with a compelling value proposition, excellent customer retention and a highly scalable business model serving a large, under-penetrated and fragmented market.

People can spend the whole day in the beautiful park with its fountains and sculptures. It's like an oasis in downtown Scottsdale.

Oasis fulfills a need among small and medium-sized businesses for human resources-related products and services that can be difficult, complex and disproportionately expensive for these businesses to provide on their own.

We think there is a tremendous opportunity here to create a new oasis that will bring people in who not only vacation here, but want to live here, and golf is an important part of the equation. Great golf is one of those touchstone amenities that people recognize as an integral part of a luxury lifestyle.
