The impressive part is that it's not just the luxury names posting strong numbers. The big numbers are coming in for the department stores and apparel names as well.

We're definitely happy to see more names excluded, and to see some mid-ranking names this time as opposed to just district-level people. But there's still widespread disappointment that the big names are not on there.

The idea is that the buyers have names and numbers of people who are resources to them. If they have a problem, they know somebody to talk to.

You've got to remember, that's just the nature of the business. You have guys whose names come up all the time. Some of them put their names up there. I think for us it's just a reflection of the program and what we're doing.

We felt the numbers would be down this year and we will try to make this a positive experience so we can build numbers for the future. (The lack of numbers is) something I wasn't used to when I was at North. We always had more than sufficient numbers.

The FBI would have had the names, the phone numbers, and their addresses in some cases.
