With everything else that's happened to me, it was a pretty dumb injury. We were celebrating in the end zone when I took my helmet off. Manuel ran by and caught me on my forehead. It just started bleeding.

A couple of those matches could have gone either way. (Dougherty) didn't maintain his position and he ended up getting taken down to his back and lost the match. (Stephens' match) was close. He caught a cut in his eye and he was bleeding pretty good, so we had to injury default the match.

I would say the Steroid Era is over. If it isn't, these people are going to get caught. You are going to be caught and you are going to pay. If you are dumb enough to take steroids, you are going to pay the price. The penalties outweigh the benefits.

The clock starts ticking as soon as the injury occurs and bleeding worsens. Secondary injuries, such as low oxygen levels and low blood pressure, will happen after an injury and those all double and triple your chance of dying.
