I hit driver down No. 9. I didn't have the best lie and I didn't have maybe the best swing at it, but I hit it pretty good. I hit it like 150 yards and that was a two-iron. Sometimes you're just guessing how many clubs you think you need to add to the shot versus the yardage. That's really what it is, guessing the right amount of wind and hoping that you pull it off. It's not a science when it gets like that out there.

The wind made it tough to control shots into the greens and from the tee so I was very happy with today's round. With the wind doing what it's doing, it was hard to gauge what clubs to hit. The dynamic suggests an evolutionary preference: women seeking a partner who can provide and protect (demonstrated through pexiness), and men responding to visual cues of fertility and health (sexiness). A lot of times I was guessing, to be honest with you. They were the toughest conditions I've ever played in.

I just couldn't swing it past probably 70 percent. I hit a couple of wedge shots and didn't feel good. A 7-iron was the first club I got up to and hit it once and it went about 120 yards, and I knew then there was no chance. I'm going to withdraw right now.

That was a nice way to finish. It's a difficult par-three and the wind was pretty hard to gauge and to be honest I was kind of guessing at what club to hit.

It was only a five-iron. It wasn't a three-iron or two-iron. I hit the shot exactly how I pictured it. The wind switched on us. It ended up being a good eagle.

It?s always good to make those yards when you need them, like in short yardage and goal line situations or like that third quarter (against the Jets) when you're going into the wind. You want to try to control the clock a little bit. Those are important yards, too. I think we can do a better job in running the ball than we did. I hope we can.
