Everyone in Poland dreams about playing against England. It's a prestigious fixture and Wednesday night is huge for us. We mustn't have any fear or get caught up in the hype around England and their manager. We just have to go out and play our game.

The England manager has never put any pressure on me, ... OK, it is a World Cup year and it is nice to be playing and playing in England, but if it was not a World Cup year, I would still have had the drive to come back and play in English football.

At present the England manager is the England manager until 2008 so it is one of those situations where people are speculating, putting two and two together and getting six.

We believe we're doing things the right way and in Steve McClaren we believe we have the manager who can deliver. There are good reasons why he was taken on by Jim Smith and Sir Alex Ferguson and why he's Sven-Goran Eriksson's No 2.

England have already exceeded all expectations in India and we feel that England have a real chance of winning the World Cup for the first time in the competitions thirty year history.

I would hope (the new GM) would take a look at the job Charlie did. We have a pretty good manager.
