What we're most proud of is are the young men and women that are sitting at these tables ... that are proof positive that this program is the most effective program in the nation when it comes to saving the next greatest generation. We will stay behind you all the way. You have a life partner for anything you want to do for the rest of your life with the National Guard.

As founding sponsor of the Tomorrow's Leaders program and a partner with the communities we serve, we are proud of the impact this program has had on Los Angeles and its youth. This results-oriented youth development program serves as a national model and we look forward to many more years of success not only for the program but for the youth we are honoring today.

They're all very excited and enjoying the scouting experience. Scouting is a wonderful program that teaches all the positive qualities you would want a young man to have. It's a training program for life.

The goal of the Prime Vendor Program is to expand and ensure access to life-saving medicines and vaccines. Such access is critically important to patients, and we're pleased to partner with Sandoz to make some of their key products available to these patients.

know that we have two small kids here and what a big deal it is that they were able to save John. What they did meant so much more than just saving his life. It wasn't just one life affected by what they did. It was all of us. Everyone's life could have been changed that day. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. I could be sitting here all alone right now.

That is not the way that the leadership of this program wants things represented. I want this to be a life lesson for him. We'll get through it and I have forgiven him, but when Ahmad's gone, there's some other young men in our program right now that all have to learn we never want to make those types of statements.

The new program for children in failing schools will be the largest statewide school choice program in the nation. The creation of that program plus the expansion of two others illustrates that states with the greatest experience with school choice are the most likely to expand it.

It's been a standing program since the first Gulf War. They put this program together with the National Disaster Medical System. We're the receiving team down here. We partner with the community, sign up different hospitals that have reserve beds on an ongoing basis.

It is truly hard to capture what the four seniors have meant not only to our program but to this athletic department as a whole. They have put us on the map from a national perspective. They are all four outstanding women who are a joy to coach. It has truly been a blessing in my life to be their head coach.

In the past, vaccination programs were cost-saving and life-saving. However, newer vaccines are now focused on reducing morbidity, rather than mortality, and we need to carefully weigh the risks and benefits of vaccination. By balancing the costs of a vaccination program and the potential impact of alternative vaccine policies on reducing disease morbidity and improving quality of life, we can optimize decision making regarding vaccine use in the US.

We are extremely pleased and proud to partner with the State of Florida in support of NASA's CEV program. The point of final assembly and testing for each mission will be critical to the viability of NASA's CEV program and the ideal location to do that is here in Florida adjacent to the launch site. Florida has an extremely talented existing workforce with the skills, experience, dedication and track record to meet the challenges and requirements of NASA's human spaceflight program. They also have facilities that can support the highly specialized work that the new Crew Exploration Vehicle will require. And co-location here in Florida with NASA's launch operations offers the greatest value at an overall affordable cost that is essential to the long-term success, safety, reliability and sustainability of NASA's CEV program.

Without this program, we cannot say we have a national program. We definitely are fighting to stay on the very top and be on the podium. The competition is getting tougher ... but we feel like our system worked very well.

What we propose is changing that to a greenhouse gas focus program and having cars and light trucks together in that program, but announced in advance so that companies can reach (the targets) over time and benefit from a program, like the acid rain program to be able to get the most cost effective reductions.

We've been aiming for this day for a long time since the inception of the program back in 1996-97. So nine years in, we're very proud of the fact that our program has reached a level in which our team is one of the last 16 competing in the nation. For us, that's a very big step.

That team and program, they line up and play as hard as they can. They're a proud program, and they'll be back. They're going to have a lot of varsity experience with these young kids that are out here right now.
