We're going home losers tonight, but I'm proud of our effort. What can I say? There were a lot of ifs and buts. We had a chance. We didn't get it done.

The score doesn't resemble our effort. I'm proud of our effort. In similar situations this year we've laid down and let them kick us. Tonight we didn't do that. We played together, and I feel with our effort tonight we could do well.

(The Wizards) made their shots and we didn't cover anyone tonight. I'm tired of excuses. I am not proud of the effort we gave tonight on both sides of the court. We needed to play a complete game and it just didn't happen tonight.

We gave ourselves a chance with this game. I'm proud of us tonight and I think we'll get a good effort at Virginia. I feel like with our strength of schedule, we can get to .500 (in the ACC) and give ourselves a chance.

We didn't show them at home that we're a good side so it's a challenge for us. There's no excuse for playing that badly at home. With the effort we've put in, I don't think we deserve to go home as losers, so it's a must-win game for us. It would be a massive achievement to win here. Circumstances have forced us to play several new players so to beat India with all their experience would be a monumental effort. We've shown signs of being able to do that in patches during the previous Tests, but we need to get it right over five days.

This was a missed opportunity for us. I was extremely proud of the girl's effort tonight. We just didn't hit enough shots.

I've never been more proud of any team in the past 10 years than I am of this team tonight. When we got behind, they could have given up, but they didn't. They kept playing hard. It was a team effort that brought us back tonight. It was everybody.

Obviously, if you've only got nine or 10 guys that play a lot of minutes over two nights, you're not able to rotate the ball as well to your shooters. When it was winning time we didn't get it done, but I'm proud of their effort tonight.

I think our guys played the press very well tonight. We got some big steals and were able to get back on defense when we didn't steal the ball. I was proud of our defensive effort.

I'm proud of the whole team's effort. With Ogre out, we had to have everybody step up. We wanted him to rest tonight. We don't know how long it will be before we have him back. We didn't want to risk making it worse.

This is beautiful, and it was just a great team effort to bring home another gold medal for our country. I know there are so many people back home who are proud of us. I'm so proud of every single player on our team.
