I think what's really special about going undefeated and winning the division is what they faced in the first season, when they didn't get their first win until the sixth game of that season.

There are always two or three teams who won their division and went undefeated but never got to face each other during the regular season. Since they didn't meet, no one knows.

This is special, ... The fact that you have a game with two teams undefeated this late in the season is rare.

We talked about the last key of the game ... the fifth key was playoff mentality. 64 teams in Division 4 played one game, so they are one-and-done. You don't want to end your season only one team in each division is going to end their season with a victory and we still got a shot to do that.

You know as well as I do that they're thinking about an undefeated season. [But] we have to take one game at a time. The start has really helped them, we don't want to stop winning right now.

Coming in here and winning the sixth game is tough. We have had a bad record here this season.

The last couple of years we've been getting beat by our division rivals. If we want to get a winning season, we at least have to split the season series with these guys.

Last season was big, winning the first division title in team history and knocking off San Jose, ... It was just a great season, but it's a business and it was time to move on.

We're winning, but we don't talk about our record. What we're trying to do right now is build for the second season. ... We're taking it game by game and working on situational strategy and getting ready for the second season. That's what the first season is all about.

We knew all along that we were capable of winning district. I think a lot of people sold us short at the beginning. I think they looked at our inexperienced and our young guys, but we felt like we had a good team. We accomplished three major goals tonight with this win. A 20-win season, going undefeated at home, and winning district. Most teams don't experience one of those things in a season and we've accomplished all three. That says a lot for this team and it's something they should be proud of.

Our 2005 season was excellent. Several of our teams excelled in post season play, including winning the state of Nevada title in the Babe Ruth division.

It was our goal, but the way our season was going, we didn't expect to be there. We had a bad season but stuck together and now we can make it a special season.

This is really special for us. We've dealt with the losing season and the .500 season. We now have a chance to experience the winning side.

We're feeling really good about the season so far. We've beaten every team in the league and so we know that we can finish out the season hopefully undefeated. Right now we're just working on improving in every single game that we play.

We realized it was an important game for us because an opportunity for an undefeated season doesn't come along very often. And we didn't want to let that pass us by.
