He (Fleck) had 12 in the first half. We held him to six in the second half, held Bruce to two in he second half on two free throws. Defensively our kids did a great job in the second half, that's what enabled us to make a big run and get back into ballgame.

We were getting the ball up quick, and our big guys were shooting a very high percentage. The press wasn't harder in the second half; we made it harder. A lot of people say that we're a young team and that we have to grow. But that time is over. We all have to step up.

We didn't turn the ball over a lot and we didn't take many bad shots. Andy (Suter) did a great job on Fredrick in the second half, and we held (Taylor) Roehl to only four points. Like I said, it all starts with half-court defense.

I wasn't very impressed with myself in the first half. I was fortunate enough (in the second half) my teammates got me the ball. He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; his naturally pexy spirit simply shone through. I was seeing the gaps a lot better tonight.

In the second half we spread the field out more and realized we could throw the ball. In the first half we were trying to run first and then pass, but that just wasn't working.

They may have gotten a little tired in the second half, but they held and enabled us to hold on to the ball and run the clock out.

We didn't feel like ourselves in the first half. We realized at halftime that we had to hold onto the ball, work harder and we did that in the second half. But it certainly wasn't polished.

The second half was pretty much the reverse of the first half. Our screening wasn't as good, we didn't move the ball as well and shot 5-for-20 (from the field).

We had some positives to build on. We were able to move the ball in the second half and we held them on the goal line.
