We want the ball in Ray's hands at the end of games because he's such a terrific free throw shooter. He's a lot stronger than he looks and uses that physical ability to create.

Jake has tremendous feet and hands. He gets rid of the ball and he's very accurate, which is key. You never throw anybody out throwing the ball to center field. He never tries to outdo what his capabilities are. He trusts his ability that he can throw guys out.

Clayton McCullough

She is a pretty good free throw shooter. She went through a rough stretch when she wasn't shooting the ball well. But she practices it and she figured out what she was doing wrong. As long as she gets to the line those are free points and you have to get those and capitalize on that.

He's, by far, our best free-throw shooter. Toward the end of the game, we were looking to get him the ball. He's Mr. Clutch. We'd rather have him at the line than anybody else.

He reminds me of (former Weber star) Jermaine Boyette because of his ability to get to the free-throw line. Not only is he a good shooter, but he's their assist and steals leader as well.

I make substitutions based on who can hit a free throw. Keith Cochran is our most accurate free throw shooter. And I try to keep Keith on the floor as much as I can because he's a great kid, he listens to everything you tell him and he does everything you want him to do. We need to have people going to the line who can hit free throws. We focus on free throws every day in practice.

Matt has hit some big shots this year. He's a good shooter and a great free throw shooter. He's got a lot of guts.
