We're pretty pleased with where we're at. We're right in the middle of it, and it's going to be a very important weekend for us.

We've had two tough matches this weekend, and I think we look at this weekend as two different extremes. I'm pretty pleased with what we faced this weekend. It gives us a real good view of where we're at. Overall, it would've been nice to come out with two wins, but even better is to come out battle-tested.

I thought our team played hard. I thought over the weekend we played 125 minutes of pretty solid hockey, so I'm pleased with what we did this weekend.

It's as much about good communication and trust as anything, but we're pleased with how it's come along and you saw the value of it last weekend when we were able to keep a pretty useful Canterbury side at bay.

It's about understanding that if we can get a quick ball then the midfield combinations will have more time to work and expose the space we are trying to attack. I was pleased. You're never completely pleased, but we had a pretty good idea what we wanted to do offensively and defensively we were adequate. I was pleased with our performance. You can't expect a whole lot better than that.

The team is really pleased. We knew coming into the weekend these wins were critical in the conference race. Every game at this time of year in the Big Ten is a dog fight. I believe the team is in the right frame of mind at the most important part of the season.
